Azure CSP

Take 4% off your Azure bill.
Change nothing else.

Move your Azure subscription to BOXX as your Cloud Solution Provider and every unit of consumption is billed at 4% below Microsoft list — automatically, every month, forever. Same portal, same resources, same region, same SLA.

What 4% is worth

Annual saving by Azure spend

$5,000 / month$2,400 / year
$15,000 / month$7,200 / year
$40,000 / month$19,200 / year
$100,000 / month$48,000 / year

Discount applies to list-rate consumption. Reservations and savings plans are discounted on top of their own savings.

Three savings layers, stacked

The BOXX discount is not an alternative to Microsoft's own commitment discounts — it applies on top of them.

1

Right-size first

Before we discount anything, we find the waste: oversized VMs, orphaned disks, idle dev environments left running at weekends, over-provisioned SQL tiers. Typical first-pass finding is 12–22% of spend.

2

Commit where it's safe

Reserved instances save up to 72%, savings plans up to 65%, and Azure Hybrid Benefit up to 55% more on Windows and SQL. We only recommend commitment on the baseline you genuinely run 24/7.

3

Then the BOXX discount

4% comes off whatever remains — pay-as-you-go consumption and the committed rate alike. It is applied at invoice level, so you never have to reason about it in the Azure cost portal.

Azure workloads we build and bill

You can transfer billing only, or have BOXX engineers design and run the workload. Both are priced on this site.

Azure Virtual Desktop

Windows 11 multi-session desktops with FSLogix profiles and autoscaling. Access rights are already included with Microsoft 365 E3, E5 and Business Premium — you only pay for compute, at 4% off.

Azure OpenAI & AI workloads

Frontier models inside your own tenant with private networking, content filtering and no training on your data. Provisioned throughput units available for predictable latency.

Datacentre exit

Lift-and-shift or re-platform from on-premises VMware and Hyper-V. Azure Hybrid Benefit applied to existing Windows Server and SQL Server licences to cut the run rate before you even land.

What actually happens when you transfer

This is the part people worry about. It is genuinely uneventful.

1

We send a partner relationship request

A link from Microsoft, not from us. A Global Admin in your tenant approves it. Takes about ninety seconds.

2

Your subscription is re-pointed to CSP billing

Resource IDs, resource groups, tags, RBAC assignments, policies and networking are unchanged. Nothing is redeployed and nothing restarts.

3

Your next invoice comes from BOXX

One consolidated USD invoice with the discount already applied, plus a cost breakdown by resource group and a note on anything that spiked.

4

Monthly cost review

We flag anomalies, idle resources and reservation coverage gaps. If we cannot find you savings in a quarter, we say so rather than inventing a report.

One honest caveat. Existing Azure reservations and savings plans purchased under an Enterprise Agreement do not always transfer cleanly into CSP. We check this before you commit to anything and will tell you plainly if waiting until your EA anniversary is the better move for you.

Send us one month of Azure billing

We will return an itemised cost review — waste, reservation opportunities and what your invoice would look like at BOXX pricing. Free, and yours to keep whether or not you switch.
