Our whole price list, in public

No tiers you have to qualify for, no negotiation theatre. One discount per product family, applied to every customer at every size. If you find a better published price from a legitimate CSP, send it to us and we will either match it or tell you why we cannot.

Where our margin comes from

We think you should know how your supplier makes money, because it tells you what they will push you towards.

  • Microsoft pays CSP partners a margin on cloud licences sold through the programme, plus incentives tied to customer growth and retention.
  • We keep a slice, you keep the rest. Our published discount hands most of that margin back. What remains funds the support desk and the business.
  • Services are where we grow. Migrations, hardening sprints, Azure architecture and managed IT are priced separately and openly on this site.
  • We are never paid to recommend an upgrade. If E3 does what you need, we will not sell you E5 — and our quarterly review actively looks for licences to cut.
What is always included
  • Tenant transfer — same day, no downtime, no fee.
  • Standard migration — mail, files and identity from Google Workspace or on-premises Exchange.
  • Licence administration — adds, removes, swaps, handled by us within one business day.
  • Microsoft escalation — we open and chase the ticket, you do not sit in a queue.
  • Quarterly right-sizing review — written, with the savings quantified.
  • Exit assistance — if you leave, we file the transfer. No fee, no delay.

Pricing questions

Do prices change during my term?
No. Your quoted price is fixed for the committed term — twelve months on an annual commitment. Microsoft revised US list prices on 1 July 2026; customers already on a term kept their price until renewal, and so do ours.
Monthly or annual commitment?
Both are available. Microsoft charges roughly 20% more for monthly-term flexibility, so annual is nearly always the better value if your headcount is stable. Our published discounts assume annual; monthly terms are discounted at a lower rate, quoted on request.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for licences. Our managed IT service has a ten-user minimum, and the free licence audit is offered at twenty-five seats and above — below that we will still look, we just ask for a call rather than a full written report.
How do I pay?
Card or ACH for self-serve orders. Invoiced net-30 terms for accounts over $2,000 a month or on request. All invoicing is in USD.
What about non-profit, education or government pricing?
Microsoft offers heavily discounted and sometimes free SKUs for qualifying non-profits, schools and public bodies, and those beat anything a reseller can do on commercial pricing. If you qualify, we will tell you and sell you the discounted SKU rather than the commercial one.
Can you beat my current reseller?
Send us the invoice. If we cannot beat it we will say so in writing — and quite often the more useful finding is not the rate but the licences on that invoice you no longer need.
